Hi i was just thinking of gettin wall hangers for my guitars but is that okay for your guitars.

It s generally accepted as a safe way to hang a guitar because the downward exertion from the weight of the guitar isn t nearly as strong as the pull of the strings in the opposite direction. So it can t be all that bad for the guitar. I wont damage the neck is anyway. If you re playing your guitar on a regular basis and want to keep it at arm s reach using a wall hook or a stand are good ways to go.

The hangers should be of good quality with lots of padding. Although the guitar stores don t plan on having hang around for a long time. In just about any guitar store you go in there are rows and rows of guitars hung on the wall. Guitar stand is good but when you need to save up space for other more important things to occupy hanging your guitar on the wall might be your best option.

A wall hook will keep it off the floor while still displaying it to the room through a u shaped grip that will hold it by the headstock while a stand supports the guitar by its base. When you see a 7000 les paul or a 3000 martin acoustic hanging on the wall you d thin like i said it can t be that bad.
