Guides you through a typical installation of cork rolls or cork sheets. Wash the wall where you wish to hang the cork board using warm soapy water. Wipe it dry and allow it to dry fully for about two hours. The texture of cork tile or sheeting creates a visually pleasing surface.

Remove the paper covering each strip of mounting tape. Press the cork board against the wall and hold it there for 30 seconds giving the adhesive time to work and become stable. Start in the center of the cork either the tile or the roll and use your hands to. Clean the surface of your wall thoroughly with water and mild detergent or a spray cleaner.

This will strip the wall of oils dust and other build up that could affect the hold on the mounting strips. Pick up the cork board and align it with the line you drew in pencil. Step 2 cut two strips of double sided tape to a length about three inches less than the width of your cork board. Place the cork against the wall using the guidelines as a reference to ensure you correctly position the cork.
