A lot of things sound like foot steps but if they go on and on for hours no matter what there s a good chance that noise is something else. I hear the footsteps as if they were running across the ceiling. I have no idea what this is but i ve been hearing it for about a year. I also just heard a bird. So unless you re hearing ghostly footsteps across the floor.

Trust me i saw the builders building the roof and there were no kind of animals up there. I m alone upstairs and i hear downstairs what sounds like somebody walking around quietly. This whole process of spiritual awakening due to hearing vibrations sounds very fascinating however there is a catch. It just keeps scratching just the roof space in our room only and no other part of the house.
